I hope that this site provides useful information for parents and for the public. When finished you will be able to see our roster, schedule, results, and recent photos of our meets.

Preseason 2010 Information
Thanks for showing an interest Falcon Gymnastics. Here is some information you will need to start the season:
- Remember: Everyone must have a doctor’s physical form either on file with the school nurse or in my hands on the first day of practice. It must be done after May 1, 2010. Make an appointment now and get this taken care of before the season starts. You can’t participate without it. No exceptions. You can get the forms in your school office.
- I will be scheduling meetings at the junior highs in late April and early May. Listen to the announcements and watch for the posters for more information.
- Start working out on your own this summer. Many of the area gyms have non-competitive, high school classes. You can also start stretching and doing basic core conditioning on your own.
- The first day of practice will be Monday, August 16 in the South Gym at Olathe North. We will be practicing there for the season. Practice starts at 3:30 pm and lasts until 6:00 PM Monday through Friday. You will need to find a ride to practice for the first couple of days. As soon as school starts there will be a bus to get you from your Junior Highs to North, but your parents will need to pick you up at North after practice. I think that we will be able to allow those of you who can, to drive with parental permission. I will have meet schedules and other information on that day. Please bring running shoes to practice.

We are looking forward to seeing you on August 16.
