Immunization Requirements:   

As this school year comes to a close, you will receive a notice of immunizations required for your child for next year’s school attendance.  Please attend to this over the summer and bring documentation of these immunizations when you come to enrollment in the fall.  If you wish to bring the documentation earlier, the front office will be open some hours during the summer and will accept these paper for the nurse.  Please call ahead before you come to insure that the office is open.

 

Medications:

For those whose children receive daily medications in the nurse’s office,  I wanted to let you know that all of the remaining medications you sent to school will be returned home with your child in its original container on the last full day of school.  Please notify me if you prefer to make other arrangements.  However, if you send more medication this year, try to send the correct amount so that all they will be taking home is an empty bottle.

 

Please remember a new doctor’s note will be needed to be able to dispense medications for next year.
