I was born and raised in Omaha, NE. I grew up in south Omaha with my wonderful parents and two brothers. I graduated from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Before moving to Olathe, I taught in the Omaha Public School both in special education and then taught 1st and 3rd grades. This is my sixth year teaching third grade at Heritage Elementary. Prior to Heritage, I taught at Rolling Ridge Elementary School. In fact, the first students I taught in Olathe graduated from high school last year.
