December 8th at 3:00 will be the BOB written round.  Battles will begin in January, students should know the date of their first battle right after winter break.

Lots of great new books are arriving at Scarborough!  We have new Fiction and Non-Fiction Titles for all levels.  They are out on the shelves ready to go starting this week!  More new titles will be arriving soon.

This year book fair will not be held until the February conferences.  The book fair will be open for shopping on February 8th and run through February 11th.

For the month of September we read 243,664.  This school year so far we have read 418,176 minutes.   We are almost ¼ of the way to our school goal of 2 million minutes. 
 
Congratulations to Ms. Reed’s Class!  They are the only class that had 100% of their students turn in their reading logs on time.  [...]
