The Ridgeview Library Media Center is open from 8:30 AM —4:00 PM A, C and D days and from 8:30 AM-11:00 AM B and E days. Library instruction is integrated both with the district library media curriculum and with grade level curriculums. Students may borrow up to three library items at a time, depending on their grade level. Library items circulate for one week. Students are welcome to use the LMC between library instructional times. We also offer book clubs for students in third grade through the Chat n’ Chew program during lunch, and fourth and fifth grade through the Battle of the Books program. We currently have twelve computers for student use. Students use the computers to access the district library catalog,  World Book, and district databases. Online Services we offer to teachers and staff include:

• Preparation of subject booklists
• Resources for lessons and units
• Instructional collaboration
• Inter-library loan
• Technology instruction
• Teacher web page assistance
• Online video streaming
